Delete from within the app

Open the Meatly app and log in.

Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and tap Account & Privacy.

Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the phone number registered with your account. Include your registered phone number in the email so we can locate and delete your account.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account, order history, saved addresses, and personal information cannot be recovered. Active orders will be cancelled before deletion.
What happens to your data
Here's exactly what is deleted and what may be retained after your account is removed.
